Double room with en-suite

Having lived in the flat for 5 years it is time to move out into the big wide world! I leave behind a double room with its own en suite bathroom available from mid September -1st October in a top floor flat.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The flat is spacious with a separate kitchen and lounge.

There is plenty of off road parking and we are located very close/walking distance to town, gym and station.

You'll be living with two working professionals who work hard in the week to like to relax during the weekend. We are clean, tidy and respectful of each other.

Council tax is 43 a month, Internet is 10 each and gas/elec/water amount to maximum £50 a month but are paid quarterly.

The letting agency require admin fee (170) and the deposit is £400

Availability - I'm flexible with timings but pending my next move it will be between late sept/beginning October.

The room is contracted until May 2017
