This house in north Leamington I am looking for a single professional/ mature student to rent a single room in my beautiful 3 bedroom terrace house situated just 10 minutes walk to town centre.

A good sized fully furnished single bedroom with chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp for single occupancy for a six month contract as a minimum(longer is also possible) with high standards and a friendly atmosphere.

If you are polite, friendly, clean, responsible, and happy to share with two others, then you fit in well.

Ground floor -A modern and large kitchen, which includes cooker, American fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and large TV, There is a separate dining area, which includes dining table and chairs.

All bills included in rent (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband & TV)
