Room mate required (preferable funny :-p )

Without sounding like a dating website, I am looking for someone to come and enjoy living at my new pad with! I bought the house end of August and am currently renovating it, which is why there is no photos. You are more than welcome to come and see the size of the place if you can look past the work mess!

I'm a sociable, outgoing, chatty girl, who would like to have someone about the house to hang out with from time to time.

Since I am extremely busy doing crazy stuff (obstacle races/surfing) at weekends and usually going to the gym or seeing friends in the week, this hanging out lark might not happen too often, but everyone needs there own space, right!? Which i think is important when I choose who I live with, as a hermit might drive me a little crazy!

I am a tidy, clean person who will not be clearing up after anyone. I'm not anyones mum! So you cook.. you clean up. You spill it.. you wipe it! Simples!

There is a drive in front of the house which has enough space for 2 cars, so don't worry about parking here. I also have a garden with a patio area if you fancy summer BBQs or chilling in the garden after a day at the office.

I'm not a big drinker, and am a teacher by trade. So I'm ideally looking for a professional too, who is more focused on work and their career, than how many jaeger bombs they can do without passing out (or throwing up) In other words.. no students required!
