Double Bedroom w/Private Bathroom

I am a 25 year old friendly professional (male) who is looking for a room mate to rent out the extra double room in my apartment. You will have your own private bathroom.

Second floor apartment comprising open plan living room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.

-Town centre location

Your application would need to go through the state agent. That means that we both would be on the same tenancy contract, you would need to pay 210 pounds to the state agent for the application, and also they will manage the deposit of 650 pounds. Then the rent would be 450 pcm and we would share bills which will be around 150 each including everything. The contract would be 11 months long.
