Hi, there is a vacancy in our house (23 Radford road, leamington spa) due to that a housemate is taking a year out.
The house is managed by warwick off-campus accommodation.
The rent of the room is 85£/week, from 06/Sep/2014 to 27/Jun/2015, non-ensuite.
It’s a 7-room house, 3 floors, there are two toilets and two showers.
All the residents are warwick undergraduate students, 3 doing engineering, others does law, biology and computer science, and all of them are very nice people.
