Room in central Leamington Spa
**NO MORE VIEWINGS AT THE MOMENT**
Hiya, we’re looking for someone to fill a room in our house in Leamington Spa sharing with 2 third year medical students. It’s £310 a month, and 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and the Parade. The room currently has a single bed but could fit a double, and it also comes with a separate spare room which could be used for a study/storage/shoe room. I'm moving away from the area but loved living with these girls. They work hard but also like to have fun and go out too. Ideally we would like someone sociable and who is understanding at exam time!
