House comprises of 4 double bedrooms, shared living/dining room and a brand new large kitchen with gas hobs and electric oven.

The house also includes 2 toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs)and a shower room, a utility room, a washing room a large rear patio space and front off road parking for 4 cars.

All rooms are fully furnished.

Wifi is included and all bills are split between the 4 housemates.

There are currently 3 tenants (our other housemate is due to leave) in the property, we are all easy going enjoying a good night out and putting a film on to watch together. We are all young engineers with different firms and so find we share a lot in common.
