My current flatmate has a new job and so will be moving out in October, so I am looking for somebody to replace her.
The flat is on the first floor, and is part of a gorgeous Georgian house containing 3 other properties. The house shares an outside area, a large hallway and 3 parking spaces at the rear. The neighbours are all young professionals, and are very friendly.
The available room is at the rear of the property, overlooking the outside area, and contains a king size bed, large chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
The rest of the property is furnished, with a large shared living/dining room, a modern kitchen and bathroom.
The property is located a 10 minute walk from the centre of Leamington Spa, making it easy to get into town without the need to drive. It is a 20 minute walk from Leamington Spa train station, and on quiet road in a residential area.
I work in Leamington Spa, and am looking for another young professional to share with. I get on really well with my current flatmate and so am ideally looking for someone outgoing and laidback.
The rent is £360pcm, which is a really good price considering the excellent location. Bills come to around £160 per month including broadband, council tax, gas, electricity, water, contents insurance and TV license.
