We have a spacious double room available in our newly decorated two bedroom property. The house is fully furnished to a high standard throughout and comprises: dining room, living room with large television, two double bedrooms, kitchen with gas cooker, bathroom with electric shower and small private courtyard. It is double glazed with gas central heating, internet and free road side parking. The property is a ten minute walk from town, and less than ten minutes from the train station.
We are a young couple, one working in Birmingham, the other in Oxford. We would like to share our home with a friendly young professional or graduate student.
