An unfurnished huge double bedroom (possibility of some bedroom furniture being provided if needed) available in an otherwise furnished house. I am moving out and need a replacement to take on my tenancy with Ehb letting and my current housemate. There are two unbelievably well behaved small black labs in house so you must be OK with dogs. House is stunning in a quiet area with plenty of parking and a Suntrap backyard. Bedroom is spacious, light and has a period fireplace and sash windows. Downstairs is also spacious with wooden floors, new kitchen and a huge cellar for storage if required. My current housemate is a linguist and it would be a bonus if you speak French or Spanish as she would love to expand her knowledge of these languages.
