3 Bedrooms to Let in 3 Bedroom House

We are 3 young professionals currently living in a lovely modern 3 bedroom house.

We are all looking to leave the house due to work and relationship related commitments but with an 11 month contract are looking for anyone looking for a short let to take over our contracts until the end of July.

There is the biggest double bedroom on the ground floor with French Windows onto a small courtyard (for parking)with a small entrance to stairs leading up to the first floor.

On the first floor there is the Living Room and Kitchen with Fridge and Freezer compartment, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

On the top floor are the other 2 bedrooms as well as the bathroom with Shower over Bath.

We will first be looking to fill the smallest double bedroom (which in all honesty is quite small!) and then the biggest, then the middle (this is due to the order in which we are planning to move out) if unable to find 3 new house mates then it will only be the small bedroom we need to fill.

I will be adding photographs over the next couple of days as they become available, but anyone who would like a viewing are welcome whenever, there is pretty much always someone home (due to current housemates on shift work!)
