Single Room in house nr Leamington Town Centre

Hello. I am seeking a responsible 2nd/3rd yr. student/post grad etc. /young working professional to rent a single bedroom available in Leamington Spa.

I am just round the corner from the student’s resident buildings. I inherited the room in its current decor – happy to discuss refurb if you want and to supply with essential furniture if necessary. The house is located just 3 mins. walk from the train station (60 mins to London, 30 mins to Birmingham) and a 5 min walk from town ctr with supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, cinema very close.

It also comes with the usual amenities for sharing of a kitchen with fridge/freezer, Microwave cooker etc., Sociable Living room with TV, broadband and the bathroom has a powerful shower!

Plenty of parking space exclusively for residents. Garden/bbq etc if good weather. I am a working professional here myself and a tidy/responsible housemate will be ideal.
