Double en-suite room in recently refurbished house
I have a double room available to rent in my 3-bedroom house in Leamington. The room has an en-suite and is fully furnished.
I bought the house in June 2014 and have fitted a new kitchen and redecorated the rest of the house.
I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, ideally a female of a similar age to me but more than happy to have enquiries from males too.
I travel a lot with my job so would like to find someone who is comfortable with being here on their own sometimes and also who I can trust to look after the house when I'm away.
The house is situated in a lovely square with a green in the middle and it's a 10-15 minute walk in to town.
