Double Room with En Suite in North Leamington

I have a double room with en suite to rent in North Leamington. The flat has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and is like new inside.

The flat is large, with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen is brand new with large 5 ring gas hob, double oven, washing machine, dishwasher and built in fridge freezer. The flat has gas central heating and is very warm. There is a separate main bathroom so you will have the bedroom and en suite to yourself. There is a small balcony, and a large communal garden. The flat is about 10 minutes walk from the top of the Parade.

The lounge has a sofa, armchair and a flat screen TV with freeview and Apple TV.

I live in the flat too. I work for myself in property development so will often be working from home during the day. I am single, so you would not be sharing the flat with any regular visitors. I am a friendly sociable person, in my spare time I like to get outdoors and take part in sports such as wake boarding or mountain biking, or go and watch Wasps play rugby. I'm very easy going and would be happy to share a glass of wine or a beer in the evening.

I have a garage also, so if you have a bike or something that needs to be kept in there that is no problem.

My preference is for a female flatmate, I have lived with both males and females before, and just prefer the dynamic with a combination of male and female. I also have sisters, so grew up with and am used to living with females!

The room is furnished but if you have some of your own you are more than welcome to bring it.
