We are looking for friendly person, who is easy to live with and outgoing. We would like a responsible person who is easy going. The room is spacious, has a double bed, 2 tables, chair and a wardrobe. It has been freshly decorated and the mattress and the carpet has been deep cleaned. I live with my 16 year old son and an British Indian man in his 30's. We are all quiet and easy people to live with. If you are happy with the room, I would like to ask for the first month rent upfront to secure your stay and this will also be the rent for the first month.
