Very spacious one bedroom basement apartment in Leamington Spa just minutes from shops, restaurants and pubs.

The basement apartment has its own separate private entrance round the back of the main house garden. and comes furnished. It comprises of a large double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers, a living room with large TV with free Sky, sofa and cabinet. A small shower room with sink and toilet and a kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, table and 4 chairs. We can also provide a full kitchen set of saucepans/plates/cutlery on request.

Landlord seeks considerate, professional, non smoking tenant and would ideally like a Monday-Friday let but may consider and can negotiate on price. If you are a professional and would prefer to use the apartment like a hotel, we can offer a cleaning/washing service at extra cost.

All bills (Except council tax) are included in the price.

Please note we live across the road from a lovely old church so you may hear the church bells occasionally.

A bit about us. We are a family of 4 (and 2 cats) and we bought the house in March this year and absolutely love living here. The basement flat is a great addition but we don't use it so are looking to either rent out or Air BnB.
