I have a double room to rent from May for two months.
The house itself has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and separate downstairs toilet. I also have a decent sized garden so no smoking inside.
The room to rent is a good size, easily fits a double bed, has built in clothes rail/cupboard and side table.
I'm actually working and living in London as of the 8th May so I will rarely be home Mon-Fri, you've essentially got the place to yourself.
It's very close to JLR (approximately a 10 minute walk) and has off road parking to the side of the house.
This is a short term let of two months only as I am looking to sell the house (which takes approx 2 months to go through).
