En Suite attic room with adjoining office space

I have an attic room with an ensuite shower room and a small adjoining office/ lounge area available to rent on a Monday to Friday basis. A cleaner comes fortnightly. Bills are also included.

The house is on the edge of Moreton Morrell, a lovely small village close to Gaydon, Warwick and Leamington. I am a professional in my thirties, and I have 2 cats who are very well behaved and are not in the habit of going into the attic room unless you want them to. Moreton Morrell has some lovely walks and cycle rides around it. The nearest shops and supermarkets are in Wellesbourne, 2 miles away. There are 2 pubs in walking distance.

The sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor are shared. There is a secure garage space where you can store a bike and other small items, a generous driveway and a south facing garden with patio and lawn.
