The room is compact but pleasant and well fitted with every consideration given to storage - single bed, shelves for books TV etc. Under bed available for storage, wardrobe and desk with plenty of room for a computer etc. Wifi, broadband and Cable TV in the room - no sports but if you are willing to pay the extra it can be added on. All bills are included. Laundry & Ironing can be provided as an optional extra if required, subject to negotiation. Full cooking/washing facilities available for use. Separate downstairs toilet and Main upstairs family Bathroom with power shower and full sized bath. Garden with patio.

Students welcome and buses to Coventry University, Coventry City Centre and Walsgrave Hospital are a short walk. Rugby train station can be reached via bus + walk, long walk or short drive. Bus stop into Rugby Centre is outside the house. Dedicated parking to the rear of the house and street parking to the front. Smokers will be welcome so long as you don't smoke inside the house at any time.
