Large second floor double bedroom with two huge windows in a newly built 3-storey house. Room includes double bed, two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers, and rent includes private use of family bathroom (including bath and shower) and a separate storage cupboard. You have the second floor of the house pretty much to yourself!

Shared facilities include lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet, wireless internet and phone, and small, decked garden.

Parking is available on the street outside the property, or around the back of the property in the guest space of the private car park. The centre of Nuneaton is a 10min drive away by car or bus; heaps of shops, train station and a pretty fab street market.

There is also a post office, Co-op, Boots pharmacy, chip shop and pizza takeaway, and a brilliant GP surgery all available within 5 minutes walk.

Please be aware that I own two cats - both house trained and very friendly.

A month's rent is required in advance, plus a £150 security deposit.

I'm happy to discuss Mon-Fri lets, as well as length of term.

Ultimately I'm looking for a room-mate who is friendly, sociable, preferably a professional, and will look after my home as if it is was their own.
