Weddington Furnished Room - Mon to Fri Basis

Double room with off road parking available on a Monday to Friday basis only.

Furnishings include a king size bed, fitted double wardrobe with hanging space and shelving too.

The room is neutrally decorated and has a view over farm fields so is quiet and peaceful.

The rental of the room will include bills and also include use of Virgin Media TiVo in the front room, Virgin WiFi and kitchen equipment.

There is seating in an enclosed garden/patio area available and rental will include an off road parking space on the double driveway located at the front of the property. The space would be suitable for an average size car as one would expect on an average double driveway. I'll also be happy to include a weekend hoover/quick dust if desirable but I would also expect that the room is kept properly clean and tidy by you as don’t want to be intrusive.

All bills (excluding consumables) are included in the rent payable per calendar month. A refundable deposit of £300 will be required and will be returned as per terms of a standard lodger agreement.

If you're new to the area, Weddington is a quiet and reputable residential area in Nuneaton. The house is a 15 minute walk to Nuneaton train station, very close to the main bus route between Coventry, Hinckley and Leicester and a short car journey to join A5, A47 and A444 for access to other road networks. The house is also just around the corner from a half decent pub, handy shop/post office and an Aldi and Lidl within a 5 min walk. There's also the rest of the Nuneaton supermarkets in the town centre which isn’t far to walk or drive either.

Seeking a non smoking professional only (no DSS, kids, pets, students, couples, overnight guests etc) and someone with no previous convictions.

I'm looking for the right person who is clean, tidy, reliable and is considerate to my home. The room is ideally suited to someone who is looking for a place to relax and sleep during the week. I’m not looking for a long term situation, three months give or take would be perfect! I've found its previously suited lodgers who find a new contract nearby but intend to return to their permanent/family home at weekends which perhaps isn't commutable on a daily basis until they find a new home.
