Double Room Available To Rent

I have my double room available to rent in my 3 bed semi on a quiet residential street in Nuneaton.

The room is a large double room which is already furnished, has built in wardrobes and wood flooring and Digital TV Ariel point. The house itself is clean and tidy with a large lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, large shared modern bathroom with a big bath and a power shower too. I have a nice size rear garden with galleried style patio area. I live on my own and have a 9yr old son who stays with me a few nights a week in his own room.
Must like dogs as I have a small dog although she is lovely and very friendly and is no hassle.
I'm a professional person and work long shifts including nights and weekends so i'm not there all that often, i also have a partner who has her own place so i'm there a lot too.

The house has WIFI, virgin TV which you have access to as well, likewise the use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also parking out the front of my house and ive got a secure carport to the side where you could store a bike etc if required.

I'm a non smoking easy going guy and I am looking for someone who is either in full time employment or full time education, that is friendly, clean and tidy.

My current lodger has just moved away due to work and was staying mon-fri as he was working in the area and was going home to family at the weekends, this is something I have got use to and prefer, however I wouldn't rule out having someone here 7 days a week if they are the right person and respectful.
