Medium sized room

Available for Mon - Fri but happy to accommodate the occasional weekend.
All bills inc. Room is a fairly decent size with a 4ft bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. You will have your own parking space. Village location, approx 1. 5 miles from L'spa t/c. Its a great village with shop, post office, social club, pub and church (if you feel the need!) close to Fosse Way and easy access (7 miles) to Gaydon JLR and Aston Martin etc..
you would be sharing the house with just myself, I'm a very easy going person, work as a nurse (regular hours, no shifts)out most evenings doing sporting activities, have a warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable home, small back garden, with seating area and is great sun trap, my home backs onto playing fields so not overlooked, it is an end terrace in a small close of approx 20 houses and is very quiet. I would prefer a non-smoker as stated but a smoker would not be a problem, but just not in the house (have small open porch). Room will be ready from 1st March
