Double room ensuite

I have an ensuite double room available from March. The block is old Victorian with mainly young families living in the other flats. I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean, clean, tidy and respectful of the shared space. I'm very easy going and would like someone equally relaxed who I can feel comfortable around and share a glass with occasionally!

The room is unfurnished and bills are £150/month on top of the rent (gas, electricity, water, council tax).

I work away a lot so you will often have the flat to yourself during the week. I have a very active lifestyle so if you fancy a run, like cycling I can show you some local routes.

I have lived in the flat for 2 years and have felt very comfortable here. The flat located very close to the parade with all shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Station 15 minute walk.
