Flat share: A good size single room (my previous flat-mate had a double bed in it) is available NOW in a 2 bed modern flat in Leamington Spa , 5 MIN WALK TO the Tesco on the Parade, very close Shopping Centre and local amenities, 20 minutes bus ride to Warwick University. There is a University shuttle bus connects the Wellesbourne campus (Warwick crop centre and Jaguar Land Rover)at 8: 20 am opp Tesco.

Facility: Double glazed, central heating, bathroom with separate shower, modern kitchen (hobs, oven and fridge), and a communal patio. There is also washer/dryer in the laundry. Free on road parking, bike storage on the hallway. Rent is £415 per month, which includes utility bills, tax and Internet.

I am a friendly female PhD graduate from the Warwick Uni. You will only share with me. I am looking for a quiet, tidy, friendly and understanding female to share.

Short stay (1- 2 month OR COUPLES OF WEEKS) would also be considered. It's for single occupation, no couple please.

The flat originally comes without furniture, but I have bought everything: single bed and bedding, study desk and chair, table lamp and mirror, bed side table and clothes organiser. There is a build in wardrobe for storage.
