We have a double room shortly becoming available in our house share. The house is a terrace in North Leamington, with 3 bedrooms, huge bathroom, large lounge/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
The room will be unfurnished (bed and drawers in photo are not staying) but there are some bits of furniture available; drawers, wardrobe. There is free on street parking, rear patio garden, Internet and Virgin TV.
All bills average about £100 per month. We are a friendly bunch and sociable, although we respect each others privacy. We are looking for a professional person who is friendly and tidy :)
