Hello,
I'm a hospital pharmacist turned elderly medical student with a quiet, modern apartment off a pedestrianised street in the centre of Leamington. It's fully furnished with Sky, decent WiFi, your own bathroom and a parking space in the basement / permit parking to flip coins for.
Sadly I work about 80 hours a week and have the social life to prove it, so I'm afraid I'm not going to be the one to show you the sights, but I'm more than up for the odd pint when I get the chance.
Ideally you're quiet, tidy and considerate. Anyone able to make sushi or with a perversion towards cleaning gets extra points. They're deducted for substance misuse, fags and making me jealous of your sex life at 2am on a Tuesday morning.
More than happy to consider shorter term arrangements to begin with...
