Double furnished room in Friendly Houseshare

Welcome!

The room is a good sized double available for rent in a 3 bed semi in north Leamington. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The house is about 20 mins walk from the centre, situated in a quiet, sought after area. We have a garage and off road parking for three cars - as well as road parking for guests.

We have a shared lounge with comfy corner sofa and a kitchen/diner, both nice and spacious. Through the kitchen patio doors you will also find a lovely long garden, very much a sun trap and ideal for summer barbecues.

A bit about us, we both work as engineers, myself in Gaydon and Ben in Wolverhampton.
We both like to cook, eat well, travel, socialise and catch up on a good TV series. We prefer to live in a clean and tidy home as well so would hope for the same aspiration from any potential housemate. We are also both of the opinion that it's better to make a new friend rather than just have a new housemate.
