Furnished double room available with the following shared amenities: kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room and garden. The room consists of a double bed, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, and a storage unit with 2 drawers, and a mirror. There is an aerial point and wireless internet available.

Bills are included and the use of the following kitchen appliances:- microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, washing machine crockery and cooking utensils. A single cupboard, a freezer drawer, and shelf in fridge are also available for you to store food etc.

Smoking only permitted in the garden.

I live approx 10 minute walk from the train station and about 5-10 minute drive from the M6. There is a regular bus service that operates just around the corner. Tescos is also a 10 min walk away.

I do have a dog called Harvey. He is a friendly dog although initially is slightly cautious of new people.
