The room is in excellent clean condition. Rent is £350 per month for single occupancy. The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, fast broadband Wi-Fi, and council tax). The use of a washing machine is also included.

The property is on a modern housing estate, close to local amenities, and is within walking distance to Rugby town centre. Free roadside parking is available directly in front of the house.

Non smoker and no pets please. No DSS.

Minimum tenancy is 3 months. Rent is payable upfront at the beginning of each month. A refundable security deposit of £390 is required.
