Double room in detached 4 bedroom family home. Room comprises of double bed, double wardrobe with draws, desk, full length mirror. Room has adjacent bathroom, comprising of bath, electric shower, sink and toilet.. This bathroom is not shared with other occupants.
Use of kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer. Space for your food is provided in fridge/freezer
All bills are included in the price. Meals not included.
We are a friendly family with a dog. We would expect you to respect our house and keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy.
We would require you to pay on a 4 weekly basis in advance, at £85 per week.
