The property is situated within walking distance of the town centre and train station. It is located on a non-through road.

The property is occupied by 3 British clean and tidy professional people who keeps themselves to them selves, one couple and one male. We have a spare room as the house is too big for just us.

The property features a newly fitted bathroom suite, shared kitchen and garden. Also all the equipment that you would expect such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, breadmaker ect.

There is also the possibility for a private living room as there is a spare empty reception room that we do not use. And a weekly room cleaning service both of which would be available with further negotiation.
