Can pay monthly or weekly. short term lets are fine too. I have a double room available in a large 5 bedroom property. The property is new so the carpets, walls, wardrobes are all brand new. The room has a built in wardrobe for your use. I Own the property and live there with my better half. We are just looking for a lodger to move in and respect the property. This property will not be rented out with every room on rent. This is our home to put it in some context.
The property has wireless broadband and all bills are included. We are 2 mins walk to the train station and rugby college, and 10 min walk to Jct 1 retail park. There is plenty of on road parking available too.
I am ideally looking for a Mon - fri let which I will reduce the price for of course, but a full time 7 day week let is fine also.
