Small double room in gorgeous modern apartment

I have a single / Small double room in a gorgeous modern apartment.
It is more like a flat share then a room to rent.

The room is empty but i can purchase some bed room essentials if needed. Just let me know :-).

The flat will be shared with me & my cutie of a cat.
The flat is clean, tidy ( sometimes :-) ) & homely !

Dish washer , dryer , washer Internet , Sky TV in living room.

as it is more like a flat share Than a room to rent the rent is £460 including bills. Not including food:-).

I am a young professional female, who will be at work 12 hours a day so looking for someone trust worthy !!
There is a aldi supermarket close with a nice pub ! & also, 5 minutes down the road there is a big shopping complex '
