Clean newly decorated room

Single room in friendly family home. Shared bathroom and access to house/other rooms.
Would prefer a mon-fri tenant however a full time tenant maybe considered.
The house is located very close to local amenities such as shopping, cinema and local restaurants. It's also well located for the train station and multiple motorway links and is on a very good bus route to get around the local area easily.
The house is a very clean home, with the usual coming and goings of family life, including the family dog who is s big softy (border collie)
There is a TV in the room wifi in the house.
Although a smoker myself smoking is unfortunately not allowed in the house but quite happy for tenants to smoke in the garden.
We are a friendly household, myself and my 19 year old son, the usual coming and goings of family life, visitors/family popping in and out.

The room is furnished, drawers, double wardrobe and bed with bedding (washed weekly)
