Double room in renovated modern house in Shipston

I have a three bedroomed detached house, which was fully renovated a year ago, in Shipston on Stour. 20 minutes south of Stratford-on-Avon and around 25 minutes from Warwick. On the edge of the Cotswolds, it is close to Chipping Campden and Moreton in Marsh. It's also only 25 minutes drive to Jaguar Landrover in Gaydon. There are great restaurants, pubs and walks in the area.

The bedroom is a pretty double with a built in double wardrobe. I have an en-suite, so the main bathroom would be free to use, just down the hall. There is a spacious sitting room with a gas fire and massive TV. There's also a washer/dryer, all mod cons in the kitchen including a Nespresso machine and dishwasher. The garage is used for storage so handy if you have a bike. All utility bills are included along with broadband and Sky TV in the lounge.

I am easy going, considerate and upbeat. I don't really cook so I tend to eat out a lot! I am looking for a lodger who is easy to live with and I have a few things in common with. I'm not noisy and don't play loud music. I work three days a week which is why I am looking for a female lodger to supplement my income. I'm looking for a professional person that is working regular hours.

Rent would be payable by standing order monthly or possibly fortnightly in advance with a £400 deposit.
