A very warm welcome awaits you in my family home where I have lived for the past 27 years!! It is a beautiful, quiet location on the village green with stunning walks to the Church, Windmill and Oxford Canal. The residents are very friendly and extremely welcoming. Two delightful country pubs serving super food are within walking distance! The village boasts an excellent shop with deli, sports field, tennis courts and an annual music festival!

The house is a Grade 2 Listed Thatched Cottage, with original beams and an open fire. There is a large garden at the front and rear of the house, with ample off road parking. I have two border collie dogs, one is a little boisterous but both trained and extremely friendly.

Broadband and bills are included in the price. It is available from £120 per week £440 per month paid in advance. I require 1 months notice on either side for the deposit to be returned assuming everything is OK. The room has a single bed in a double sized room available from end of December 2016.
