The top floor is spacious and light with a sofa and TV point and has its own en suite bathroom and is available from December.
The double bedroom on the first floor has it's own TV point and has almost exclusive use of a very nice bathroom with a bath as well as shower. This is currently not available.
The ground floor is stylish and open plan leading onto a beautiful landscaped patio and garden.
Mon-Fri let would be ideal but I am open to a full time let at a different rental rate.
