We are offering a double room to rent in our owner occupied home north of the river in Stratford-upon-Avon, and only 20 mins walk from the town centre. The room is fully furnished and shares an upstairs family bathroom with shower and bath.
The room is offered to rent at £290 per calendar month, available from December 2013.
Our property is a semi-detached, family home with wireless Internet throughout, dishwasher and washing machine. You will have use of the garden.
We launder the bed linen, which we provide. Tenant to provide their own towels.
We are very friendly, easy going and accommodating and are looking for a professional lodger. You can keep yourself very private and watch TV in your room, or in the living room with us if you prefer.
