I am offering a small, comfortable single room, in a centrally heated house, with a desk and wardrobe.
The bathroom is shared, with bath and shower.
You would be self catering, there is kitchen cupboard space and food storage space in the fridge and freezer.
There is parking for a car, and internet access.
I am looking for an employed, non smoker who needs accommodation for weekdays only. I work as a music teacher at home. The house is near a large shopping center, and a 20 min walk to the town center and Theater. There is easy access to the M40 and other main roads. It is also on a bus route, and not too far from the Station.
