The house is a spacious 3 bedroom property, large kitchen, good sized living room, garage and a small garden, based just off the Birmingham road in Stratford-Upon-Avon, a short 10-15 minute walk into the town centre.
As to housemates it would just be me (25 yr old, male, professional) and my girlfriend (24 yr old, female, professional). We're both tidy and easy going and are active with various hobbies so all unlikely to end up under each other's feet too much.
We're looking for someone equally laid back and easy to get along with, either male or female.
