Lovely double room, en suite, town centre

I have a double room in a Victorian four bed property. The property is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Shakespeare's birth house and has two lounges, ample space, kitchen, garden, parking and all the usual facilities. The south facing double bedroom has a W. C. and basin with wardrobe, chair, table and bookcase and a lot of natural light.
The house is not a party house but is sociable. If you are looking to live in a home rather than a bed sit then this might suit you. If you like to sit by the wood burner with a glass of wine and watch the news you can, if you prefer to keep your own company in the second lounge you can!
I am looking for someone on a Monday to Friday stay (welcome to stay some weekends) who is friendly, mature and generally tidy.
