Lovely good size Room in clean edwardian house All mod cons & modernised facilities ,BT broadband TV in living room and each bedroom Pretty garden with gardener , I have a gardener so you can just sit in it! Very quiet
facilities Room avaiable looks out onto the street front of house It has a good 4"6" double bed!
Off street parking available 100yrds from house
Bus stop 100yrds or an easy level walk into to town
Two of the present tennants have small children who come and sleepover the odd night - only very occasionally This is a family feeling house we all including the land lord trust one another We will be same with you and we ask that you be accomodating This is very important to us No late night party "animals" please
We all muck in to keep the place clean and tidy and would ask that you do too
The M40 is 2 miles Wellesbourne aerodrome (not noisy) 1 mile
