The room is centrally heated and fully furnished with king size bed, wardrobe, 1 chair, wireless internet. Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with one other tenant who occupies the second room.
Weekly cleaning of kitchen and bathroom is provided.
Laundry room available at weekends. Iron/ironing board available.
Smoking is not allowed.
Ideally situated for contractors working at Microsoft/Rare.
Ideal for a professional person working away from home and seeking a private and homely environment.
Tenants wanted who are clean and tidy, currently working and easy going. No couples or overnight guests.
