Double room in stunning central Warwick location

Hi,

I have a lovely large double room in an Edwardian town house in central Warwick available to let Monday night to Friday morning. The house is tucked away in a quite lane and has a very rural feel despite being right in the centre of town. A true gem of a location.

The front rooms and front terrace all overlook the stunning grade II listed Hill Close Gardens and the racecourse. It's less than 2 minutes by foot to Market Square, the bus station and M&S Simply Food and 5 mins to Sainsbury's. Warwick train station is about a 15 minute walk. The racecourse is at the bottom of the road and there's a golf driving range, 9 hole pay and play golf course and it's a lovely place for an evening stroll (or run).

As with most of Warwick parking is by permit. However, nearby streets are free between 6pm and 10am so as a working professional you won't need to worry about a permit.

I have a very friendly cat.

The kitchen is also brand new and is fully equipped including a dishwasher. You will get cupboard and fridge space.

All bills except land line phone are included and a cleaner comes in once a week so the house is always clean and tidy.

The room is available Monday to Friday to professionals. Rent paid monthly in advance with 2 week deposit and 2 weeks notice on either side.
