Shops, doctor and take-aways within 5 mins walk.

JLR, Aston Martin, Severn Trent, Durr, Volvo, Warwick Castle, Aylesford School and National Grid employees have all found it very convenient(amongst others).

5 mins drive to centre of Warwick and Sainsburys or 20 mins walk.

Very close to racecourse if you're a runner or just enjoy a lovely walk!

This is a quiet house but not tomb-like! There are normally 4 of us in residence of mixed ages. We are looking for someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere but also likes their own space and is happy to abide by common sense house rules.

The shared areas are cleaned by me (the landlady!) Lodgers are responsible for cleaning their own rooms.

We have a Portuguese Water Dog and a medium-sized one year old Poodle. These are hypo-allergenic breeds, specially chosen with lodgers in mind. They not allowed in bedrooms. You will not be expected to do any dog duties unless you particularly want to but we'd love your help occasionally with watering plants and feeding our two chickens! It is, however, important that you like or are at least comfortable with dogs!

Apologies but this house is not suitable for people who work nights or work entirely from home. Some home working is fine - please discuss your needs when you view.

I can't take couples because of housing regulations, so please don't ask. Nor can I take any extra pets, I'm afraid. :(

The room is available from 12th June. Please book a viewing on Saturday 10th June, if possible, when I am holding an open day. If you can't make it, viewings can be booked next week if necessary.
