Young professional seeking new flatmate

I am looking for a professional, clean flatmate to move in at the end of April to a flat based opposite Warwick train station.

You would have to be referenced by Hawkesford Lettings and pay the reference and deposit fee and you would have to provide your own bedding, as the flat was originally unfurnished when myself and the previous tenant moved in.

I work at Warwick Castle 5 days a week and some evenings meaning my hours are sometimes sporadic, so do expect me to be in and out at random times. If you have a routine for things, let me know and I will be as accommodating as possible.

The flat is a 1st floor flat with dishwasher, washer, fridge, freezer etc. It is all run on electric which is included in the price above. We have sky tv and broadband and a phone which gives free evening and weekend calls to landlines. The electric is something we have to top up ourselves but there is a one-stop 2 mins walk away where this can be done.

As it is a private set of flats, there is a buzzer system to let people in and there is also one parking space available which I don't use as I don't drive so would be available to you.
