This is a spacious three bedroom house with a garden at the back. It's located in Warwick Chase Meadow. Close to local amenities (one-stop shop, a pub, coffee shop, take-away). It's got very convenient location: 5 minutes to Warwick town centre/train station and 12 minutes to Leamington, easy access to Motorway M40/M42/A46. It's about 10 miles to Gaydon JLR and Aston Martin, or Whitley JLR.

There are 3 off-road parking spaces. The living room is on the ground floor, shared kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, and a brand new large Bosch Fridge Freezer. There is also a utility room with brand new Samsung washing machine. The main bathroom is on the first floor with toilet, sink, shower and bath. There is also a toilet downstairs. (I have my en-suite, so the main bathroom will be yours and the other housemate)

Bedroom 1 contains: king-size bed, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe, table, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2 contains: Double size bed, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, Bedside tables.

Bills included gas, water, electricity, broadband, council tax, TV license. Rent does NOT include telephone.
