I am looking for a professional person to rent a room in my 4 bedroomed house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished and has its own en-suite shower and toilet room. There is also a small dressing area and plenty of storage.
At present there is a double bed in the room but you would be more than welcome to put a single bed in there if you preferred.
I do not have any pets..
The house has a large garden, living room, dining room and kitchen.
It is very close to local amenities.
