Great location, 10 minute walk into the centre of Warwick, and 20 minutes walk in Leamington Spa.

I'm an easy going, live in landlord. I work from home so I'm around a fair amount.

I'm looking for:

A dog lover, as a super friendly dog already lives here, although she will not be your responsibility!

Someone who is clean and respectful.

Ideally a Monday to Friday let would be great, so this would suit a J-LR or such employee. However, I'd rather get the right person 7 days a week than share 5 days a week with someone if we didn't get along.
